New Village Hall Project Selection of Building Contractor Following tenders received for the new Village Hall Project, Hyatt Construction Ltd has been selected to carry out the work. Hyatt’s will take possession of the site on 4 October 2010 and work should be completed on the first phase (the main hall with kitchen, storerooms and toilets) on 17 June 2011. Further work on the Community Recreation Facility (CRF) will proceed when sufficient funds have been raised. Access to the playing field will be via a footpath from Wroslyn Road running alongside the Methodist Chapel fence. The Children’s Playpark will be relocated to a site behind the houses to the North of the Hall in early October 2010 before major work commences on the Hall building site.
